This island is surrounded by pure white sand 360 degrees... and sand bar stretching on the left side as the low tide begins which is magnificent... Generally flat, but sloping slightly from the center of the island.
Potable water is available which may be utilized from an existing well, that according to them is potable.
Clean Titled without any encumbrances. Area as per title is 6 hectares, but as you go around you'll agree that it's more than the declared area, to me it could roughly be 10 hectares not to mention those sand bars. The owner Mrs. Enojas is looking after the big island with her staff who goes with her in the afternoon to spend a night of peace and quiet...

To reach the island you have to travel by land from the City of Puerto Princesa for about 2 - 2 1/2 hours, and from the port area of the Municipality of Roxas is around 20 minutes via a pump boat ride. The Municipality of Roxas has an Airport 2.3kms from the port area.
