Islands in the Island of Palawan... "Touring Taytay"...

It has been a busy week for my family... we had the chance to go to the Northern part of Palawan. Taytay was more than 3 hour of Lexus ride from Puerto Princesa... it was all worth the long travel, the cheap but well manicured and country set Taelelong Pension House where I got lots of mosquito bites & sun burned skin. I was amazed to know that the electricity goes only from 6pm until 6am. So, naturally our air condition was turned off  before we even wake up. But, it was fun with my group and my family, it's all worth it!

At Taytay Mainland...

Fort Isabelle on the back ground... along Taytay Port...

Two amazing girls! While I am feeling scared of the big waves and the strong blow of the winds, they're comfortably sitting there on a small surfing board hanging at the side of our small pump boat.

"Adorable Beach Lots for sale in MAASIN, Quezon, Palawan..."

On top of this big stone there is a sword from the Japanese WWll stuck on the gound. Locals in the area have tried to pull the sword but had been impossible. So, they leave it there and made it part of the history.  I think this sword was purposely embedded and an artificial stone like cement was poured into it so, no one can have it. People believed there is a treasure buried in there or it could be a marking or a landmark for a treasure buried some place near it.
