San Vicente Palawan Philippines Properties for SALE



In 2006, a JBIC (Japan Bank for International Cooperation) funded study, “Tourism Development and Investment Plan for San Vicente”, was done by the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development.

The Master Plan encompasses all aspects dealing with sustainable tourism. It made a complete accounting of all pertinent environmental resources in San Vicente which led to a master plan designed around it.

Lessons learned from the existing problems in Boracay were continuously noted. These plans are in place, and these plans are being implemented strictly: even with significant political costs. Here below are the areas/barangays being developed for tourism:


KEMDENG, SAN VICENTE, PALAWAN (2 hectares Beach Front)

  • The Property is located near the famous "Long Beach" in San Vicente, Palawan. San Vicente is said to be "the next big thing" after Boracay because of its 14 kilometer long beach, offering 10 kilometer more of the same white powdery sand. It has pristine beaches, a huge land and beautiful islands. Endowed with white sand beaches thriving coral reefs, enchanting islands and islets, magnificent waterfalls, vast forest cover, mangrove,and varied endemic flora, San Vicente serves as habitat for 23 of the 25 wildlife species found in the island of Palawan. Still largely untapped. San Vicente's diversity awaits discovery.

This is located in a secluded cove with verdant forest at the backdrop. It has very fine white sandy beach extending 70 meters as beach frontage.
